Goals and Outcomes:
We currently own one acre of nature preserve. We would like to clean up the debris and undergrowth. Our goal is to provide an outdoor learning environment for families, children, and our classrooms. We want to be all inclusive in our environment. We will be accommodating all children and their families. This land is owned and operated by Kiddie Academy of Edmond but will welcome the community. Our classrooms will utilize the outdoor space for educational reasons. We also plan on providing learning opportunities for our families.
Brief Summary:
This will be an outdoor classroom and learning environment for children, families and staff. Our target population will be any family dynamic, with ages from infant through school age. This environment will provide a safe place for families to interact within nature. Families are able to create and build relationships through an interactive outdoor environment. This outdoor area will provide a healthy environment. The activities will also build on their relationships, creating healthier ways to strengthen relationships.
